USA SHIPPING INFO: Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives in 3-5 business days after it has been sent. We ship thousands of orders the first week of the month for our Monthly Club members, so if you order the last few days of the month or the first few days of the month your order might go out one or two days later than normal.

Shipping is always $8.00 no matter how many kits you order.

Shipping insurance (for an additional $4.00) is also available.

We also offer local order pick-up from our store in American Fork, Utah. ***If there is a crop you are attending and need your kits by a certain date, please add that to the comment box so we can get your kits shipped out in time for your event!!***

Know that your order is carefully packaged and shipped, but once it leaves our hands I have no control over what happens. If you have any problems with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction.

WAS THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?: We package and ship thousands of kits each year. We pride ourselves on having very minimal problems or concerns from our customers. Once in a while we have found that a page kit is missing something that should have been included. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
