    1. Cutout collections consist of a ziploc bag with all of the paper cutouts for the matching kit design, the only things not included are the 12x12 backing sheets or the 4x4 or 6x4 photo mats

      1. It looks like all our cutouts have been sold for these kits, so we no longer have them, we just have the kits.
    3. Why can i not find my order. It had things I looked at the other day. I wanted to change it but cannot find it at all now. The $5 kits will be over.

    4. Ordered 3 kits, one (concert) said printed background. All of them are. What I thought was a beautiful kit turned out to look cheap. Printed background and only some items to put on page. This is not my style. Inaccurate description of kits( printed background is not a kit, unless states so) I've ordered many times from you and always was pleased. Are all your kits printed now?     5. John here... My wife is so disappointed with her page kits. She ordered 3.. More than a concert says printed background. For a concert she was OK with this. The other 2..a good day to celebrate and Sweet Memories said nothing about printed background. Today, a day to celebrate says printed background, but not on the day she ordered. (she takes screenshots). Sweet memories, the one she was excited about for pictures she just printed definitely does not say printed background... This is not her style. She uses paper, layers, etc. False information about kit/kits. We want a REFUND, or better yet a PAGE KIT with paper, not just a few paper items. Cannot return as she ripped open the box excited to get to work on them. She has ordered many kits in the past and always was pleased. Tried to call, but can't get through. Also, can't leave a review. Will keep trying to call. Are all your kits printed now?
