Q: What do I do if I have missing pieces?
A: Email us! We know that human error can happen and it’s very frustrating, so we can send you the missing piece. Our email for missing pieces email is info@outonalimbscrapbooking.com. We need to know your name, your missing piece, the kit title, and the year and month you got it.
Q: When will I get my package?
A: It takes 1-2 days to process the order and 3-5 business days to ship it out to your house.
Q: What if I want to pick up my order?
A: We are located in American Fork, Utah. Our address is 767 S. Auto Mall Drive # 1, American Fork, UT.
Q: Can I request a kit design?
A: Yes! We want to hear them and want to know what you want. Email our designers at design@outonalimbscrapbooking.com they’ll love to hear your inspiration. Not all ideas will be used but all are welcome, and we love hearing them all.
Q: What are cutouts?
A: Cutouts are almost the exact same as a page kit. The only difference is that Cutouts don’t have the background paper or pattern paper. They have all the pieces in them.
Q: When are your business hours?
A: Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 3:30
Q: What if I don’t want to assemble a kit?
A: We make already assembled kits all you have to do is order our pre-made option and all you have to do is add you pictures to the kit.
