Q: What is your email address?

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all types: cash, money order, check, paypal, all credit cards, debit cards. I can also take a payment over the phone, email me to set up a time. If you would like to pay by money order, cash or check email me as well.

Q: What is a page kit?

A: A page kit is a 12X12 layout with paper, embellishments, titles, and instructions all packaged together in a bag. Everything you see on the picture is in the bag so you can make that exact layout.

Q: Who designs your cutouts?

A: We design all of our own cutouts!! No same old cartridge cutouts here! All of our cutouts are unique to Out On A Limb, you won't find them anywhere else!

Q: Is everything pre-cut?

A: All shapes are pre-cut but not the patterned paper or the photo mats. These are left uncut to give you more freedom with the kit in case you don't want to follow our design.

Q: How fast can I get a page kit done?

A: We try really hard to have the hard part of scrapbooking taken out for you (finding a layout idea, matching paper and embellishments, and cutting out a bunch of stuff!) so most everything is done for you so you can get your layouts done quickly.

Q: How fast do you ship regular 3-5 day shipping orders?

A: We ask for two business days (not including the day of order) to get them shipped. Most of the time we are lots quicker. All cutouts are cut to order so please allow 1 to 2 extra business days.

Q: Do I have to make the layout exactly like the picture?

A: No you don't! You can follow our instructions exactly, or be as creative as you want and do your own thing! It's all up to you.

Q: Do I have to put the photo mats the same way as the picture?

A: No you don't, they are there as an idea, you can move them around to best fit your pictures.

Q: Are the photo mats really 4X6, or are they bigger to fit a 4X6 picture?

A: When we say the photo mats are 4X6 we mean they are 4X6. By trimming your pictures 1/4inch on two sides you can mat 6 photos from one 12X12 piece of paper. It's a great way to save paper!

Q: Is there a picture of the layout on the instructions?

A: Yes there is! There is a high quality laser printed picture on the instructions of the exact layout you see on the website.

Q: Are your page kits acid free?

A: Yes, all of our kits are acid and lignin free. We use only the highest quality products in our page kits.

Q: What does it mean when my instructions say "ink if desired"?

A: I ink everything on my layouts, it gives everything more dimension, and it makes your layout look more finished. When I'm putting a layout together, I start with the 12X12 cardstock, or your background paper, and I gently brush the edges of the paper with the ink pad not up and down, but out. I then cut everything out and ink around all those edges too. The titles and cutouts look especially good after they have been inked. If I use more than one color of ink, I usually use the color that matches (or closest to) what I'm inking so there is not a lot on contrast, just a nice finishing touch! Look at the "accessories" under the page kit on the website for the colors I used for that particular page kit, it will also say on your instructions.

Q: What if my page kit is missing something?

A: We package thousands of kits every week and try hard to not miss anything, but I'm sure it happens every once in a while! We use the front and back of the paper in a lot of our kits and some people don't realize they do have all the paper they are supposed to, so flip your paper over and look at the back. If you are still missing something, email us at info@outonalimbscrapbooking.com and we will do whatever we need to do to fix it.

Q: How do I contact you?

Q: Where is your booth located at Scrapbook USA Expo? (Sandy, UT)

A: When you walk into the expo center, turn left and walk all the way to the end. For those of you who have seen us at expo know that we sell out of our kits very, very fast. So if you want a specific kit, come straight to our booth to make sure you don't miss out!

Q: Can you ship kits out monthly so I don't have to pay for shipping more than once?

A: You bet, see "Monthly Kit Club" on the home page for specifics.

Q: If I'm local, can I pick my order up?

A: You sure can! Make sure you select "In Store Pick Up" for your shipping options and you may pick your order up at our warehouse located at 896 S. Auto Mall Drive Suite D, American Fork, UT. Please leave a comment in your order with the date you want to pick it up and allow us ONE working day to get it ready.

Q: Do you ever repackage your sold out kits?

A: If we sell out of a kit fast and have a lot of people request it, we might repackage a kit, but most of the time no, we don't repackage our sold out kits. The idea gallery is there to give you an idea of what kind of kits we design and to give some inspiration. We do sell all the cutouts from our kits so you can try to recreate a layout you missed out on, go to the Cutouts section on the left side of the home page.

Q: Can I suggest kit ideas?

A: Absolutely, if you have an idea for a kit that you would like to see, email me. We refer to these ideas when we design our kits.

Q: Can you ship internationally?

A: We are happy to ship international to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping charges vary but the website will calculate the shipping charge for International. The $6 flat shipping charge is for the United States only.

Q: Do you offer any free shipping options?

A: Yes, If your single order is over $75 then it will ship free. The shopping cart will zero out the charge. (This offer is valid for the United States only.)
